The puncture protection belt of the Schwalbe Marathon wired tyre has been optimised and the GreenGuard has been developed for a safe ride. This 3 mm-thick layer of highly elastic natural rubber is made of one third recycled material, so that the soul of the Schwalbe Marathon is also green.

The sidewall of the Schwalbe Marathon wired tyre is specially designed to withstand the stresses of lower air pressure and effectively prevents ugly aging cracks (anti-aging). In addition, the Endurance Compound noticeably increases performance and durability.
